Two WPCs sue Met over alleged sex pest police officers



WPCs Julie Facey, 33, and Paula Church, 35, for alleged actions in the three PC-based Essex.

WPC Facey said the first officer pestered him for sex while WPC Church claimed he sexually assaulted her repeatedly and he said: "You have to have sex in a police car."

He allegedly stalked her, daubed a message on her car and he was bombarded with messages teks.Katanya second officer forced kisses on him, he was quizzed about her underwear and suggested sexual forfeits as they work

But they claimed their bosses into pressure by agreeing not to bring any criminal charges.

Women's lawyer, Lawrence Davies, of Equal Justice, said: "If what they say is true, it will show that the Met are more interested in maintaining the image of tackling serious sexual misconduct."

The three officials and the Met forces are sued for sexual discrimination and harassment in the Stratford Employment Tribunal.

WPC Church, from Shoeburyness, Essex, who has 16 years experience as a PC, said the two officials "should face criminal charges and other officers should have been sacked."

WPC Facey, from Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, who has a PC for half the five years, said: "I was ostracised and victimised, and that senior management does not support me."
